Step 1:
After showering (or as needed), apply body lotion all over your body and massage in in circular motions.
Step 2:
Only use a small amount at a time, as the body cream is very rich - it is better to use more cream if necessary instead of applying a large amount straight away.
Step 3:

Apply 1-2 pumps of hand cream to palms and back of hands.Step 2:
Massage in in circular motions and also stroke over the fingernails and the nail bed.Step 3:
